América carried out a segmented SMS campaign for its partner-tocerdor, with the objective of making available first-hand the commemorative mantle of the tenth championship: the number 2 game shirt.

FINDINGS

95% of the calls received at the América Fan Member Service Center came from the SMS campaign, with 40% converted into sales of the commemorative shirt of the tenth championship.

With a relatively low investment, América Futebol Clube managed to have a great engagement with its members and even increased its sales of the number 2 game shirt.
