The iSend team was present at the South Summit Brazil 2026, established as one of the largest innovation, technology and entrepreneurship events in Latin America, held from March 25th to 27th at Cais Mauá, in Porto Alegre.
The event reaffirmed its role as a connecting point between startups, investors, companies, and global leaders, bringing together thousands of participants and creating an intense environment for business generation, strategic networking, and knowledge exchange.
From the very first moment, the atmosphere at Cais Mauá was one of high energy and intellectual density. Restless professionals, ambitious ideas, and increasingly structured solutions demonstrated an evolving ecosystem—less experimental and more oriented towards results, scale, and real impact. The maturity perceived in this edition reinforces the South Summit’s position as a global innovation hub with growing relevance in Latin America.
One of the main highlights was the consolidation of Artificial Intelligence as a strategic infrastructure—moving from being just a trend to becoming a concrete foundation in products, operations, and business models. Simultaneously, the theme “Human by Design” gained prominence, reinforcing an innovation agenda centered on people, with a focus on sustainability, well-being, and positive social impact.
More than the content presented on stage, the event stood out for the quality of the connections it fostered. Spontaneous conversations, strategic meetings, and interactions between different players in the ecosystem created a fertile environment for partnerships and new business ventures—one of the main distinguishing features of the South Summit throughout its editions.
The iSend team, represented by Deivis Tavares, Executive Director, Dionis Tavares, Business Executive, and Matheus Pinheiro, Sales Consultant, had its own booth, showcasing the potential of the iSend platform in structured and simplified multichannel communication.
During the event, iSend demonstrated how organizations can centralize channels, structure operations, and transform communication into a strategic asset—connecting Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, and Interactive Publications in a single environment with control, scale, and intelligence. This approach reinforces the platform’s positioning as a robust solution for companies seeking operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
Participation was marked by relevant connections and high-level exchanges with companies and institutions such as DBService, Wedy, Instituto Ascendendo Mentes, Sebrae-RS, Gramado TV, Produtores Gaúchos Unidos, RD2Buzz, AESPE, Dorak Segurança, Planalto Transportes, among more than 100 companies contacted — strengthening relationships and opening new opportunities for collaboration.
Another highlight was the opportunity to attend the lecture and exchange ideas directly with Leandro Balbinot, Amazon’s Vice President for Supply Chain and Technology, who provided relevant insights on scale, efficiency, and innovation applied to global operations.
Furthermore, Deivis Tavares participated in an initiative promoted by the client Melnick, contributing his perspective on the question: “What kind of Porto Alegre do you want for the future?”, reinforcing the commitment to the development of the local ecosystem and to building a more innovative, connected city oriented towards sustainable growth.
For iSend, the South Summit Brazil 2026 was more than just an event—it was an environment for strategic validation, learning, and positioning. A space where technology, business, and relationships converge, generating not only immediate opportunities but also clear directions for the future of communication and innovation.
