The Flytour Group needed to segment its customer mailing and communication distribution by the company Flytour Business Travel, the largest business travel company in Brazil. A tool was needed that would unify the contact bank, segment and enable the generation of news in a simple and fast way.

After the constant use of the product by Flytour Business Travel and the efficient results, iSend became available to the Group’s franchises, through Flytour Franchising, so that the franchise network could standardize their communication and obtain the benefits that the product provides.

The group’s marketing department saw the possibility of distributing all the material created in a unified and agile way, reducing the cost of creating franchises. Thus, iSend became the tool chosen by more than 100 franchises of the group for communication and digital marketing actions.

With positive returns in the use of the product throughout the network, Flytour Travel Solution, a company specialized in the distribution of intelligent solutions for travel agents, through the Fly Service unit, starts to sell iSend throughout its network of branches. There are more than 20 units and 60 sales executives, taking iSend as a Fly Service product to more than 5000 client agencies.

Standardize communication with the entire network of agencies and clients, creating dynamic content facilitated by the group’s marketing department. FINDINGS

The Flytour Group, with the adoption of iSend as a communication and digital marketing platform, was able to standardize its communication between the various companies and their target audiences, bringing enormous gains to the group. It found in the product an easy, efficient and fast way to generate and distribute content, combined with an excellent monitoring work. It organized its mailing and started to segment its mailings by interest group.
